Cancellation

Per the terms and conditions for all recurring services (adult and youth small group training, personal training and semi-private training) provided by Franklin Strength & Wellness, it is required that you provide a minimum of 4 weeks written notification of cancellation prior to your next credit/debit card processing date. This can either be sent via email to info@franklinstrengthandwellness.com or by completing the cancellation form on our website. Cancellation requests submitted within the 28-day billing cycle will result in a final payment drawn from your account. Once the final payment has been drawn from your account, you will have 28 days from the last billing date to utilize our services. It is your responsibility to submit your cancellation request email or form at least 4 weeks in advance of your next billing date. There will be no refunds issued once a payment has been processed. Note: We do not pause or freeze recurring services.
