Staci Stanton
Sometimes we find ourselves living in a body that doesn’t serve us, created by habits that don’t genuinely make us happy. You KNOW there’s something better. Staci’s mission is to bridge this gap. She is a coach who takes training to a deeper level than “working out.” Her purpose as a coach since 2012 has been to help people move confidently and find their strengths while addressing their goals. To do this, she utilizes efficient and effective programming and diet coaching designed around a hectic life. She believes that Barbell and Kettlebell Training is the cornerstone of an efficient strength and conditioning program for EVERY body, creating the foundation necessary to build all other goals. As a certified Level 2 Precision Nutrition Coach, this foundational methodology extends to her diet coaching. She focuses on working with her clients individually to develop the strategies, actions, and tools designed to teach them how to work toward their goals, rather than just telling them what to do. She holds multiple certifications through NASM, is a certified Starting Strength coach, and a DV8 Kettlebell and Strong First Level 1 Kettlebell Instructor. She is also a certified Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coach through Brianna Battles, and is working to create a network of professionals to meet the strength needs of women throughout all the chapters of their lives, from puberty to the golden years. Start today and work towards a stronger tomorrow. Staci is the Head Nutrition Coach and Social Media Coordinator at Franklin Strength & Wellness.

She aims to educate her clients on building better habits that enhance life to the fullest with pain-free movement!
With Jillian, it’s all about feeling strong and capable physically, mentally and spiritually to be who you are meant to be. She can meet you where you are and help you strive to reach your next level.
