This 60 minute class is for all students (ages: 8-17) looking to improve their overall health, fitness and confidence. Students will learn to safely and consistently demonstrate proper movement patterns and exercises in a positive learning environment.
Personal training is for anyone (youth and adult) looking to train in a private/semi-private setting at a convenient time. Personal training is an extremely effective method to achieve your health and fitness goals in the shortest amount of time possible.
Nutrition coaching includes a personalized eating strategy, guidance from your nutrition coach to help create systems and develop skills, and bi-weekly video calls with your coach to help you reach your goals.
